Pay in instalments
For available products, our aim is to prepare and dispatch your package on the same day or the day after your order, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will be given a tracking number. Delivery times are 48 to 72 hours for mainland France and 4 to 10 days for international deliveries. During busy periods, typically at the end of the year, the carriers and our logistics department may be slowed down by the influx of parcels. If you notice any damage to your parcel, don't forget to report it by e-mail to [email protected] with photos. Otherwise, we will not be able to go back to the carrier to start a claim procedure.
