Your Fariboles figurines are exceptional pieces, handcrafted with passion and expertise.
To keep them in their original condition and preserve their shine, our craftsmen share their best care tips with you:
Handling
Handle your figurines with clean hands to avoid fingerprints, especially on dark areas.
Remember to remove your rings, as some, such as gold ones, can leave marks on the surface.
Be especially careful with thin or protruding parts, which are particularly fragile.
Display
To protect your figurines from fading, avoid exposing them to direct sunlight, as UV rays can alter their colors.
It's best to keep them in a closed, watertight display case. If you use an open display case, keep them out of reach of pets.
Also, keep them in well-ventilated rooms to avoid any risk of deterioration due to humidity.
And don't forget to keep the certificate accompanying each figurine to guarantee its authenticity and value.
Dusting
It's important to dust your figurines fairly regularly, about once a month, to preserve their condition.
The ideal tool is an anti-static silver wire brush (such as the Tamiya 78 Cleaning Brush Anti-Static, which we use in the workshop).
A brush with very soft bristles, such as a make-up powder brush, is also a good choice.
Cleaning
For persistent dust, you can dampen a clean sponge and run it gently over the figurine before finishing with a brush.
For stains, such as those left by flies, a slightly dampened cotton bud can be used with care.
If more thorough cleaning is required, use only soapy water and Marseille soap as a last resort.
Detergents should be avoided, as should cloths and wipes, which can damage surfaces.
