Need a repair?
- Carefully assemble all the parts of your figurine.
- Take a few photos (as clear and descriptive as possible) and send them to us using the form below.
- We'll give you an estimate of the cost of repair and, once we've received your payment, we'll give you all the advice you need to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible.
- Once we have received your figurine, we will confirm the terms of its repair and agree with you how it will be returned.
